This workshop is offered by a licensed therapist who has helped hundreds of individuals move from grief to recovery. The presenter aids the participants in identifying both the causes and reasons for personal sorrow and assists them in developing and implementing a plan for personal recovery.

We all know that effective delegation can result in additional free time. Specific barriers to reaching this important goal will be identified. The workshop will focus on what it takes to successfully delegate.
